This page describes step by step what happens after you book with Alpine Catering Company.
We will be in touch with you via email to discuss your bespoke menu and the services you require, we will also ask for the relevant information for example, dietary needs, allergies, likes and dislikes, number of guests. We will provide a sample menu (With matching wines if opted for) for you to have a look at and makes sure it’s to your liking, to ensure your dining experience exceptional. We can also offer information on other queries, for example ski hire, floral arrangements, airport transfers, hiking guides and general activities in the Chamonix area.
We request a deposit of half your total bill before arrival, this is fully refundable 72 hours prior to your arrival in the unfortunate event of cancellation.
We will be in the Chalet before your arrival to set up the kitchen and start food preparation, on arrival we will welcome you with champagne and canapés and give you a hand with your luggage. While you relax and settle in to your chalet, the chef will be preparing your dinner, your host be on hand with drinks and snacks and for any queries, until you sit down for your evening meal at a time that suits you.
We then proceed though the week providing the services requested. As a company we are incredibly flexible and nothing is to much trouble, we are dedicated to ensuring you have a wonderful dining experience.
If you have opted for one special evening of dining we will arrive several hours before the agreed dining time to prepare food and host for you, offering drinks and snacks before sitting down for your meal.
Towards the end of your stay we invoice you with your final payment for our services to be paid in full before your departure.
