What happens after booking

Pre Arrival

We will be in touch with you via email to discuss your bespoke menu and the services you require, we will also ask for the relevant information for example, dietary needs, allergies, likes and dislikes, number of guests. We will provide a sample menu (With matching wines if opted for) for you to have a look at and makes sure it’s to your liking. We can also offer information on other queries, for example ski hire, floral arrangements, airport transfers, hiking guides and general activities in the Chamonix area.

Deposit

We request a deposit of half your total bill before arrival, this is fully refundable 72 hours prior to your arrival in the unfortunate event of cancellation.

Final payment

Towards the end of your stay we invoice you with your final payment for our services to be paid in full before your departure.
