Hazelnuts toasted and roughly chopped 75g
Granny Smith apple 1
Red or green seedless grapes 150g
Tonka bean 2-4g (alternatively you can use vanilla pod seeds or cinnamon)
Greek yogurt 250g
Selection of fresh berries to garnish
Grate the granny smith and slice the grapes in half then add to a large mixing bowl with all the other ingredients, mix well, cover and leave in the fridge over night.
Take a portion as and when desired, loosen with a splash of milk if required and garnish with fresh berries.
